We are intensively working on switching to a system of remote reading for billing purposes in households and small businesses. For your metering point to be included in remote reading, you have to install a metering device and its communication equipment to devices in the distribution network. If such communication equipment has not yet been installed, your metering point will continue to be read once a year.
