What are the costs of disconnecting/reconnecting the metering point at my request?

If the metering point owner requests disconnection from the distribution network, the costs are EUR 33.54 (VAT included). The costs of reconnection on request are the same.

Who is responsible for disconnecting the metering point from the distribution network?

The requirement for the continuous distribution of electric power through the metering point is a fulfillment of technical conditions stated in the connection approval, legislation, and a valid contract. In the event of failure to comply with these conditions, the system operator has the right to disconnect your metering point from the network after prior notice.

What are the requirements for reconnecting a metering point that was disconnected due to failed payment?

To re-establishing a connection discontinued due to failed payment the user (metering point owner/payer) or an authorized person must deliver to the contractor in charge (namely SODO, Elektro Ljubljana, d. d.) a signed electricity supply contract and proof that the costs of disconnection and subsequent reconnection have been paid.

The supply contract falls under jurisdiction of your chosen electric power supplier (list of suppliers). For any questions on this topic please contact them and try to find the appropriate solution for withdrawal of supply contract termination (payment of accrued liabilities etc.).
